TimeMaster Integration with Sage 300 ERP (Sage Accpac) Applications

Our Sierra bi-directional Integration synchronizes employee and payroll data between Sage 300 ERP (Sage Accpac) and TimeMaster with a click of the mouse. Our Standard Integration updates basic employee information, including name, employee ID, birth date, address, and status into TimeMaster. With our custom programming options, we do offer additional employee data synchronization including, but not limited to, schedules, wages, default labor distribution assignments, and supervisors.

All timecard calculations are generated in TimeMaster and integrated into Sage 300 ERP (Sage Accpac) with a click of the mouse: this transfers hours worked at earnings codes, benefit calculations and cost center distributions.

The Sierra Standard Integration transfers timecard data either summed for the payroll period by earning code or broken out by daily earning code totals. The details posted to the Sage 300 ERP (Sage Accpac) timecard includes:

  • Hours by Earning Code
  • Date
  • Wage

Enhanced General Ledger Timecard Transfer

To take advantage of Sage 300 ERP (Sage Accpac) Cost Center Posting concept that works with the General Ledger’s segmented account structure, our Custom G/L Posting Enhancement provides the following additional options:

  • Override an earning code’s G /L Distribution Code with any of the available labor levels.
  • Override any of up to three G/L Segments with any of the available labor levels.
