Sierra Workforce Solutions’ training service provides professional instructor-led timeclock training to make the transition to your TimeMaster system as simple as possible for all of your employees. Our timeclock training sessions are designed to provide the tools your staff will need to use your new timeclock system successfully in your business environment. Key concepts are taught using examples tailored to your businesses needs. A technical specialist will walk you through all facets of the timeclock system functionality and setup the system rules to best suit your environment. Sierra Workforce Solutions Implementation and Training can be provided in two ways:
- Remote - Conducted using conference calls and the latest Desktop Streaming Internet technology. Sierra Workforce Solutions will actually install the TimeMaster timeclock software and the SierraWS HR/payroll interface software and assist in hooking up the data collection terminal. Classroom style training is done on your computer with your company data and in the comfort of your own office.
- On-Site - Sierra Workforce Solutions will send an implementation specialist to the customer’s site to provide the customer on-site timeclock installation of the software and hooking up the data collection terminal. In addition, Sierra Workforce Solutions can provide the customer on-site timeclock setup and classroom style training.
